This 90-minute class is perfect for everyone, including beginners and those looking to improve flexibility in a stress-free environment.

Deep Forest™ Relaxation

Join us for a peaceful journey into the woods to experience the restorative power of nature. This is not a yoga class, but a dedicated 75-minute relaxation session designed to ground you. We begin with gentle yet effective opening movements for the whole body, using trees and stones as natural supports. To finish, we sit among the elements to relax the mind and body completely. It is an ideal experience for anyone seeking silence and a break from the modern world in an idyllic forest setting.
