Terms and conditions for group trips (trips without accommodation)

The prices for group trip packages include
  • Guide services in English, entrance fees, the mentioned food (lunch, coffee etc.) the mentioned program services and VAT.
  • The prices do not include bus transportation, unless it's mentioned separately.
  • The prices are counted for different groupsizes (the price/person is mentioned at every package). We count a separate price for larger or smaller groups. The driver and group leader are free, if the group consists of a minimum of 25 paying persons.
  • The prices are valid for the year 2021.
  • An invoice consisting of all the services included in the program, is sent after the program has taken place.
  • The invoicing in based on the group size informed by the customer in advance.
  • Changes/confirmations to the group size can be made at the latest two weekdays before the trip.

 

Cancellation policy

If the trip is cancelled:

  • earlier than 14 days before the trip - no cancellation fee,
  • 13–7 days before the trip - cancellation fee 50 % of the trip's price,
  • 6–0 days before the trip - cancellation fee 100 % of the trip's price.

Terms/services and programs

If the program is cancelled:

earlier than 28 days before the program is to be carried out - no cancellation fee

  • 27–14 days before the program is to be carried out - cancellation fee 25 % of the program's price,
  • 13–2 days before the program is to be carried out - cancellation fee 75 % of the program's price,
  • 48–0 hours before the program is to be carried out - cancellation fee 100 % of the program's price.
