What happens during the session?<\/strong><\/h6>\n

During the relaxation, participants lie comfortably on mats under warm blankets in their own space. The instructor creates soothing soundscapes using various instruments, such as singing bowls, gongs, rainsticks, and wind chimes.<\/p>\n

The instructor uses the German Peter Hess\u00ae method, which has been developed and taught internationally since the 1980s. The method is renowned for its safety and professionalism:<\/p>\n
