Final details regarding the program, schedule, and special requirements (e.g., dietary restrictions) should be finalized at least<strong> 14 days <\/strong>before the event.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Changes to Group Size<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Final Participant Count:<\/strong> The final number of participants must be confirmed at least<strong> two (2) business days<\/strong> prior to the trip.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Invoicing Base:<\/strong> This confirmed number is the minimum basis for our invoicing. We cannot offer refunds for participants who do not arrive on the day of the tour.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Cancellation Policy<\/strong><br \/>\nIf you need to cancel an entire group booking, the following charges apply:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Earlier than 14 days before arrival:<\/strong> No cancellation fee (unless specific third-party costs, like non-refundable tickets, have been incurred).<\/li>\n<li><strong>14 to 3 business days before arrival:<\/strong> A cancellation fee of <strong>50% <\/strong>of the total estimated value.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Less than 48 hours (or 2 business days) before arrival:<\/strong> A cancellation fee of <strong>100%<\/strong> of the total value.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Please note: Separate cancellation terms may apply to certain third-party services, such as chartered ferries or specific hotel allotments. These will be communicated at the time of booking.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Payments and Invoicing<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Post-Event Invoicing:<\/strong> We typically send a consolidated invoice for all services after the program has been completed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Invoicing Fee:<\/strong> A standard invoicing fee of <strong>10 \u20ac<\/strong> will be added to each invoice.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Payment Terms:<\/strong> Standard payment terms are <strong>14 days net<\/strong> from the date of the invoice, unless otherwise agreed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Late Payments:<\/strong> Interest on late payments is charged according to the Finnish Interest Act.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Final Participant Count:<\/strong> Invoicing is based on the group size confirmed by the customer at least two business days prior to the trip.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Liability and Force Majeure<\/strong><br \/>\nPorvoo Tours acts as a professional intermediary and operator. We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by Force Majeure events (e.g., extreme weather conditions, strikes, or sudden technical failures of third-party transportation).
