Laughter start/Break
Kick off or start for your meeting or seminar. Laughter blast gives flow of energy and good spirit. People are awake and interested of the program and are more interactive. The laughter start or break will take fifteen minutes of your meeting.
Laughter session
An hour of laughter - we start with the history and methods of Laughter Yoga. Then we have laughter exercises, that make it easy to bring laughter to your everyday life. We throw ourselves to the free laughter and enjoy a great blast. And to finish the session we take a little time to breathe and relax.
The laughing way of life
We can’t just run away from the bad days. There are times when everything seems to go wrong, the car won’t start and the bills are due. The people around you are annoying and you just wish you could go home and pull a blanket over your head.
At the workshop we go through laughter exercises that help you to get your emotions on the positive side. We’ll talk about getting out the best of a rainy day and bring the sun shine to it. This is a half-day workshop.
