Traditional Island Spread with a Fisherman’s Family

Honouring the traditions of the islands, we offer a buffet table loaded with typical archipelago fish specialties, including Baltic herring and salmon prepared in various ways, salad, Mother’s best-in-the-world meat balls etc. Special tastes of the islands include the hostess’s black Baltic herring and the host’s hot-smoked salmon, islanders’ black bread and home-made fresh cheese baked and prepared according to Grandma’s recipes.
